Refresh your CAS collection with seven free Sims 4 tattoo CC finds by SoulMica. This selection includes fine-line designs, geometric arm tattoos, romantic full-back art, and bold alternative styles.
All seven projects have public download listings on SoulMica’s official CurseForge pages. Creator credit: SoulMica / soulmicaa. Images below are the creator’s official project gallery previews.
Checked October 9, 2026: the listings identify these files as base-game CC. Their listed patch versions vary; base-game availability is not a guarantee for every later patch. Check each Files tab for your game version before installing.
1. Mystic Fine Line Tattoos
For delicate Sims 4 tattoo CC, start with Mystic. SoulMica’s fine-line collection emphasizes minimalist detail and an ethereal style, making it a softer alternative to large areas of body art. The official preview below helps you check the design before downloading. For styling, choose clothes that leave the tattoo visible and let the fine lines carry the detail.

3. Geometric Tattoo
This Geometric Tattoo project contains six designs for the right arm. That makes it a useful small collection to explore when you want structured body art without browsing several separate projects. SoulMica’s description notes that additional models and a left-arm version are future ideas; the public download linked here is the existing right-arm release.

4. Asian-Style Back Tattoo
Looking for a full-back tattoo? This Japanese-inspired project features artwork built around oni masks, flowers, waves, and other motifs described by SoulMica. The official project is categorized for both feminine and masculine Sims. An open-back top or swimwear is a practical way to inspect the artwork in CAS and decide whether it matches the character you are making.

5. Alice Full Back Tattoo
Alice Full Back Tattoo combines floral detail with a romantic fantasy theme. SoulMica names jasmine blossoms and Alice in Wonderland as influences, giving the collection a softer direction than the gothic finds in this list. It is a good one to browse for fairycore styling or a character with a storybook aesthetic. View the creator’s full preview before choosing your download.

6. Bad Girls Full Body Tattoo
Bad Girls Full Body Tattoo takes a cyber-goth direction, with a much stronger visual presence than minimalist ink. The creator’s overview lists HQ textures and base-game compatibility. If you are building an alternative wardrobe, this is a body-art option to consider alongside your clothing finds. Try it with the outfits you actually plan to use so the visible coverage suits the look.
